Physical Characteristics

Object Description: Tool with a long metal handle and rectangular frame at one end. Inside of the frame are two (2) silver semi-spheres, each at the end of a pole with a coil wrapped around it. A thin piece of metal is chained to the main frame. There is a silver metal plate screwed to the end of the frame that has tick marks engraved on it for measuring.
