Object Description: Miniature gold crown (or diadem, a band worn around the head) with filigree and scallop top edge. Pearls at each point and a platinum star at center. Star has embedded clear gemstone with three green gemstones below forming a clover leaf.

This queen’s crown is found in the Great Hall of the Fairy Castle. It is made of gold and decorated in diamonds, pearls, and a gemstone. The front of the crown features a platinum star with an embedded diamond and below is an emerald carved into the shape of a shamrock. The crown was created in Los Angeles by the jewelry firm Brock and Company.
The Great Hall with floating staircase is a grand room with many treasures. The floor is composed of ivory carved with rose vines which carry up onto the great pillars supporting the ceiling. The ceiling includes domes painted by Helga Brabon of characters from fairytales of both the Grimm brothers and Hans Christian Anderson. The Great Hall includes many hanging wall paintings as well as many rare treasures gathered from around the world.
