Object Description: Metal device mounted onto a rectangular wooden base with a metal frame. Inscription is engraved in the viewer's bottom left-hand corner. Along one side of the base are six (6) short knobs. In the center of the platform are two (2) black cylinders and a flat gold-colored plate, resting on its edge.
