This Atomic Flash tin sparking ray gun from the 1950s was made by J. Chein and Company, one of the biggest makers of American tin toys in the 1940s and 1950s. When the trigger was pulled, a mechanism inside the toy would produce sparks inside the clear red plastic shell at the tip of the gun.
